Q: How will my guests access my new website?
A: All WiredWed.com website packages include a sub-domain. For example if the bride and groom are BILL & TERI, you can access your site here: www.BillAndTeri.wiredwed.com
For $49 your can sign up for your own custom domain name. For example: www.BillAndTeri.com

Q: How long will my site be up on the web?
A: Your site will remain “active” for 8 months from purchase time. Terms may be different if using a custom domain name.

Q: What happens to my website after my wedding?
A: That’s up to you. For a reasonable fee, we can turn your website into a “wedding album” – share your memories and photos of your wedding.

Q: I’d like to get my website up now, but I do not yet have all the information for the website. Can I add information later?
A: Yes. Sign-up for your website now, we’ll add the content to your site as you’re ready with it. We’ll put a “coming soon” on the pages without prepared information.

Q: If you make a mistake on my website, do you fix it fast and for free?
A: Yes and yes.

Q: Can I change the information on my web site after it’s up on the web?
A: Yes, however there is a $24 charge. If the change requires “design changes”, the fee could be more. What are “desing changes”? Please click here.

Q: Can I change my al-a-carte page options after my site has been built?
A: Yes. If you are ADDING pages, you simply pay the listed price for the additional page(s). If want to REMOVE pages, there will be a $49 fee.

Q: I’m not web savvy, are there other ways to sign-up for your services?
A: Yes. Please call (818) 990-2729 or e-mail us, we’ll get the information we need over the phone or via email.

Q: I do not want to pay using a credit card –or- with PayPal.com. Do you offer other payment options?

Q: How do I get my photos to you?
A: Email is our preferred method. You can also mail us the originals or copies, we’ll scan it and mail it back to you. Additionally, you can send them on a disc.

Q: I like one of your website design themes, but I don’t like the colors shown in the example. Can I choose a color for my website?
A: Yes, we offer a range of color pallets for each of our designs. During sign-up, simply choose the color you’d like us to use!

Q: I like one of your website design themes, but I don’t like the fonts shown in the example. Can I choose a font to use in my website?
A: Yes, we offer a range of fonts for each of our designs. During sign-up, simply choose the font you’d like us to use!

Q: I don’t see a website design I like, are there other options?
A: We’ve done our best to offer a wide range of designs to appeal to all tastes. We recommend you use our “White Glove Custom Design Service” if you do not

Q: I see that you offer religious design packages. I do not see an option that suits my religion, do you offer others?
A: Absolutely. Please contact us (****@****.com), we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: I would like to have a custom page category, can this be done?
A: Yes. During your order process, you will have the option to enter one or more custom page categories.

Q: Do you use templates to make your websites?
A: No. Each website is hand-made based on designs that we’ve created. There is an individual designer working on your specific project. This is why our sites look and feel better than our competitors.

Q: Do you sell or share my information?
A: Absolutely not, we’re not in that business. Your information remains private and will never be sold or shared.
