You agree to pay for any and all purchases and services made using your name and credit card through this Site, not to challenge any such charges and to pay for all collections and/or attorneys fees resulting from any non-payment. Refunds are only given at the sole discretion of WiredWed.com. You are responsible for providing content and information on your custom wedding website. WiredWed.com will post only the content provided by you. Lack of or omission of content provided by you is not grounds for full or partial refund. You are encouraged to carefully review design themes and packages before you order. If design and coding has begun on your custom wedding website, WiredWed.com cannot refund your money or change your design theme and in some cases, your package choice. There is no "cooling off" period. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You agree not to save, download, cut and paste, sell, license, rent, lease, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from materials, code or content on or from WiredWed.com. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory is prohibited. In addition, use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Agreement is prohibited. You agree that You have the needed and required rights and permissions on all content provided to us for Your wedding website. User is responsible for custom domain names. User registers and retains ownership of custom domain names for use with WiredWed.coms services. Customer is then responsible for all renewal, hosting and other associated fees of maintaining own domain name. With the exception of offering service to uploading websites, WiredWed.com does not offer any support for domain names. WireWed.com will remove User's custom website once the 8 months term has expired. A WiredWed.com custom wedding website is not available for you use or modification at ANY TIME. User is required to provide all access codes for domains containing a WiredWed.com website for an 8 month term. WiredWed.coms obligations for services provided under any one of our packages are completed upon uploading of User's website. Obligations for goods are completed upon receipt. You agree that you shall not try to reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, disassemble, translate, download or otherwise alter any executable code, contents or materials uploaded onto your custom domain name. You understand that such actions are likely to subject you to serious civil and criminal legal penalties and that WiredWed.com shall pursue such penalties to the full extent of the law to protect its rights and the rights of its other licensors. All content, images, designs and code uploaded to your custom domain remains the propety of WiredWed.com. DISCLAIMER: WIREDWED.com MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THIS SITE OR YOUR CUSTOM WEDDING WEBSITE, THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON OR RECEIVED THROUGH USE OF THIS SITE, STABILITY OF WEB SERVER, UP TIME OF WEB SERVER(S) OR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH THIS SITE.
